This is Valley Rock, Houston, Tx. When I met the owner of this property he had given up on the house. The house was gated but beyond the fence it looked like a jungle with overgrown grass and bushes. Still the house was secured by a chain link fence and the gate locked.

               The owner had inherited the house and after a nasty divorce. Decided to live in the property. However when hurricane Harvey hit and damaged the roof he looked into selling the property.

The owner contacted a “We Buy Houses” company and made him an offer.  Unfortunately the owner ended up incarcerated and the investors did not know how to purchase the property while the owner was in jail.

               Several years passed and the property stayed vacant with the water damage from Hurricane Harvey. When the gentleman was able to get out of jail he decided to call local investors and upon signing a contract with the group and opening title. He was informed he had a child support lien and was not able to sell his inherited house.

               Fast forward to 2024 when I was able to locate the owner and he explained to me his situation. I was able to structure an offer for him. Where I would take care of the child support lien and purchase the property as- is with all the damages from Hurricane Harvey.
